Payments may be made by ACH/eCheck for an additional $0.99 Flex Fee per transaction or by regular credit card for an additional Flex Fee of 3% per transaction. Levels + Descriptions
Basketball Group Levels
We offer intelligent, detailed and fun basketball skills training for all ages and skill levels. No matter your child's starting point, improvement is guaranteed with our methods.
> Beginners: Raw but motivated (typically 3rd, 4th & 5th grade)
> Intermediate: Some basketball experience, seeking individual growth (typically 5th, 6th, 7th grade)
> Advanced: Extremely committed, with varsity and college aspirations (typically 8th grade & high school)
> Invite Only: If you are not invited by Cam, do not sign up

Basketball Training Descriptions
Skill
> Combination of technical fundamentals, that players don’t get in team practices, such as:
- A full arsenal of footwork
- Creating space
- Ball handling
- 1-on-1 opportunity, live reps & defense
- Comprehending how to apply skill
- Film for instant feedback, accountability & learning
Situational IQ
> Teaches participants how to play the game intelligently by taking them through actual game-like patterns and situations.
> Players will learn:
- How to read multiple opponents simultaneously
- How to play without the ball - how to screen, how to move, how to defend, how to communicate and how to anticipate
- How to sharpen their instincts, awareness, and decision-making
- FIBA 3-on-3 included
Shooting | Members Only
- Reserve 1 of 4 spots to shoot with up to 3 other reserved players
- 8th graders & up only
- Shooting gun will be available to share. Contact Cam if you need help.
- Share the space. Be respectful and kind.
- If under 18, a parent or guardian must be present. A coach may or may not be in the building.
- Security cameras will monitor activity. Remember, Cam is always watching.

At Next Play Prep, founder and director Cam leads one-on-one skills sessions tailored to meet each student-athlete’s unique needs. Certified in the exclusive “I’m Possible Training Certification” methodology, Cam brings top-tier expertise through a rigorous program focused on advanced footwork and detailed basketball skills, guaranteeing noticeable improvement. Paired with his passionate approach and genuine care for each player’s growth, Cam creates an exceptional environment where young athletes build confidence, refine their game, and excel both on and off the court.

Basketball Strength | ALEX or GRANT
Basketball Strength | Next Play Performance. At our strength gym, located at the back of the building, we offer an opportunity for serious athletes to get stronger, prevent injuries and build more confidence. All levels are welcome and no prior experience necessary. Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights, before advancing to higher levels of exercises. Our trainers tailor a program to each individual participant’s goals and level. Strength training helps athletes increase their performance and become more athletic.
Strength Private | ALEX
Head Strength Trainer, Alex Esposito, offers a specialized program for serious athletes focused on building strength, preventing injuries, and boosting confidence. Athletes of all levels and sports are taught safe lifting techniques with low weights before progressing to more advanced exercises. Private training with Alex also includes regular vertical and speed metric testing, speed/agility training, a custom progressive lifting program, and regular adjustments to meet individual needs. Additionally, Alex provides in-season training suggestions and program design to ensure athletes perform at their best and stay injury-free. Text Alex directly 862-354-3200.
Strength Private | GRANT
Strength Trainer Grant delivers a dynamic training program designed to help athletes unlock their full potential. His coaching emphasizes strength development, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance. Athletes are guided through proper form and foundational movements before advancing to more challenging lifts and speed work. Private sessions with Grant feature customized progressive lifting plans, targeted speed and agility training, and regular performance testing to track progress.
